Soba Caterers was experiencing significant operational inefficiencies across their growing network of over 10 branches island-wide. The lack of centralized inventory control and procurement visibility was resulting in approximately 6-7 Lakhs in monthly shortages. Without a unified system, tracking stock levels, managing suppliers, controlling recipe costs, and generating actionable business insights were fragmented and error-prone, impacting profitability and growth.
We delivered a fully integrated, 100% serverless cloud-native enterprise management system that centralizes all business operations. The platform includes comprehensive financial management with real-time cash flow tracking, automated inventory and procurement control with precision ordering, centralized supplier and vendor management with performance tracking, detailed recipe and Bill of Materials (BOM) management for total ingredient usage and cost control, and real-time Business Intelligence and analytics for executive decision-making.
